Taking Chewbacca off the shelf

So about 10 years ago I started to make a Chewbacca costume. Bought the stilts and created the legs. Then got bored and moved onto other things

Ping to he present. I dragged the old legs out and started to straighten the hair (you can see the straightening process in the photo). Then I got a mask underskull and skin over layer. After a few weeks work I am now in the position to start putting the hair onto my mask. I've installed the snarl mechanism onto the mask and reworked the skin (it had a rather large over hanging brow that I wasn't keen on).

Here is where I am at the moment :)

Hair Straightening

Teeth and gums installed after creating the jaw

Already for the hair (ignore the reshaped eyebrows, I only had brown silicone to make good)
