T1 and T2 Endoskeleton Research Thread

As promised. Some new shots of the new jaw I acquired.

Well, that wasn't much I could manage to do... but hey... a little is still a little step forward. Worked on the bottom ring. Scaled it and cut it and placed the toe fork where it should, getting it ready to merge with the ring later. The screws are still oversized. Will have to scale those later.

It really does help having a physical casting to look and and measure.

Gotta take a break, as I'm really exhausted.

Worked on sizing the screws. So basically all that is left on the first toe is connecting top and bottom front fork rings, but that requires angling the parts and connecting the top ring to the toe fork. I don't think I should do that if we plan to make these into CAD models. However, I will have to figure out how I want to connect the two rings, and then angle them, make appropriate cutouts in each ring and then do the connection separately to just slot into the two rings and connect them instead of making them a one piece.

The screws turned out to be larger than I thought, so that was a surprise.

May start the next toe soon.
