T-800 endoskull dimensions

Hello everybody, I'm going to try to sculpt a t-800 endoskull, but I want to use the correct dimensions, I'm going to sculpt it without the lower jaw, like the pieces that are painted in the Stan Winston School metallic painting tutorial. Who can help me? I need the height of the skull or the width, something to calculate the aproximate dimensions and construct a template to start sculpting. Thank you for your atention.
 
No one? I only need aproximate dimensions from top to chin and width from side to side. I know that there are a lot of awesome endoskulls here but I don't find the measures of the head. Where can I find it? Thank you.
