T-45 power armor build!

So recently I asked about t-45 shoulders and I came up with my own foam ones after about 3 days. This thread will be my build progress on the armor. So far I have completed building the fore arms and I’m working on the belt, boots, and finishing up the shoulders. I will try and get some pictures up when I get finished with the shoulders(which should be a few hours). I hope this helps you if you’re building your own power armor!

So after fiddling around a bit and adjusting the design of the shoulders I finally finished them. It’s not exactly what I had planned but it’s close.

Looking good so far! I'd recommend hitting it with a little more heat and get more of a bend on the outter lip. I'm excited to watch your progress!

Thanks for the advice! It’s taking a little bit to build but I’m currently working on the boots.

I finished up the cod piece today. I don’t know what you want to call it but the container over the back was a bit of a pain to put together. I had to make a few cuts in the top to reduce the stress a bit so I will put some buckles on it to stabilize it to the chest piece(coming soon, I hope).

Really Nice build great job so far. First 2 questions
1. How do you plan on making the helmet
2. Are you going for a fallout 3/new vegas looking power armor or a fallout 4 type power armor.

I plan on using pepakura for the helmet and going for the fallout 3 with a bit of Vegas mixed in.

This is a side build I did while my dremel was charging. It’s a .45 auto pistol from fallout new Vegas.

I apologize for the long absence but allow me to explain. I had run into technical difficulties with the helmet. Couldn’t get it to print right then all of my files for the project mysteriously disappeared with an update on my computer. . I quit after that. So I’ve decided I’ll put this project on the back burner for the time being. To take its place, I have a simpler costume that allows me to have more creative freedom. The mandalorian armor(armor from Star Wars that are used by mandalorians most famously boba Fett) I hope to start the project soon(keep and eye out) as I am waiting on materials.

Aww...sorry about to hear the rough luck. I back burnered a fallout three project two years ago in a similar situation. I think I may resurrect it. You should too!

I should, but I do believe I’ll start back as soon as my mando armor is done.
