On those figures, it probably wont get another run, shame, as anything to do with this genre will be steered away from by production companies in the future. Had another look back at Joes posts and blog and it struck me again how other people took the experience far more personally than Joe did.

I love this show. It made my wife realize that just one room in the house dedicated to LEGO and Star Wars stuff isn't really that bad.

I saw the first chapter. Disliked it a lot. I mean, I understood the guy who has to sell his collection due to finances, but didn't understand the need of selling the collection because your partner wants. Your partner married you with your collection, if he didn't want all that stuff, he should have just told you when he thought "it's too much". If not, you should not request the help of a 3rd person, that is not fair.

How come if you have sci fi or sports stuff it's a collection but if it's porn it's an "addiction"?

:lol Pretty sure the vintage stuff is online as well. If you're collecting for the porn then the internet's your thing. Otherwise you're collecting magazines and sticky 8mm film... :eek

Fair enough, but with porn you're collecting images, there's no physical piece to it so online is good. That said if you collect magazines that's a physical object. It's not a porn collection it's a porn magazine collection.

Not sure if this show is done, or on a break.

Personally, I like the show. I've seen a few collections in person that are seriously out of control and need help and organization. Not saying that people can't collect what they want. Out of control collections can happen to anybody who collect anything.
