Sweet Pea Sucker Punch Costume Help

Hey All,
I'm trying to make the Sweet Pea costume from sucker punch and I'm abit stuck on the prop/accessories side. I've so far only got the coat and just wondered if anyone had any ideas or advice or knows any links on how to create the rest of it. any help will be much appreciated
