I'm not sure what looks so wrong here. To me it looks as if the one selling now borrowed the description from the one that sold. So long as everything in the ad is true, I don't really have a problem with it.
Or is there something else I should be looking for?

The picture is lifted too. I could be wrong and just being paranoid but it seems weird the description and picture was lifted as well as having a feedback of 1 from an account started in Sept. It doens't inspire confidence at least.

The picture wasn't lifted. Those are two separate images. There are differences in them if you take the time to look. So he only has one feedback of 100%; everyone has to start somewhere.

They lifted the one pic and the description which is against eBay rules and has only one feedback as a buyer (first time seller).
Could just be amateur mistakes.

Looks like he did use one original pic. You can tell the stolen one has double watermarks in the corner.
