My kid is HEAVY into Supernatural... I haven't really watched at all. But now as Christmas approaches, I need to find something for her...

Any ideas out there?

I'm not looking for anything like "The Winchester's gun!", cuz it would cost a butt-load, and I don't think she would care...

But anything else that you guys think may be cool... I'm all ears.

I'd also check out tvmerch.com (I got Mary's "hunter's bracelet" from there) or sewgeekaustin (she has a bunch of supernatural goodies listed under Demon Hunters)-Including Ruby and Meg's necklaces. If you don't think she'd be into jewelry or clothing, I second the essential coffee table book - it's massive and it's pretty awesome, plus it has stickers (everyone loves stickers) and posters in it.

I don't know how picky my kid would be, and since I'm not super familiar with the show, I'm wondering HOW "inspired by" is this necklace? (hard to tell in the images given)

Was there attention ever drawn to it? (Ala the claddagh rings in Buffy... Faith's knife in Buffy...)

There are no close up enough shots of Ruby's necklace to make a screen accurate piece and it is not a plot device if that is what you are asking, but I have the necklace from the Etsy shop you listed in the second link, and I am very happy with it. I feel like the little "Well behaved women rarely make history" charm fits Ruby's character (and mine) to a T! The size is also right. Meg's necklace is a little more obvious (which sewgeekaustin sells, it's also handmade and not "perfect" but it's obvious what it is).
