Superior Spider-man Costume.

So I'm getting a Superior Spider-man costume printed off from the good people at Frontier Costuming, my main problem is the costumes eyes, I have no idea how to make them. Someone suggested Vacuum forming but I'm unsure how to make them so I can see through them and no one seeing in... Any tips or suggestions on what would be best to do? Thanks ^_^

I'm not really good at this whole costuming business but I think finding the right lenses will be important. Something that is somewhat thick and has a curve to it.
This guy used some lenses:

Getting them to look right will depend on your skill level I guess.

I'd try some goggles:

Then use some urethane to wrap them for the outer part? :confused If it has the strap like this you won't have to worry about the lenses attaching to a faceshell. Not sure if they would remain seated properly to the mask though.
