he sent me a private message saying he made a shiruken for free, told him to post it on here so we could see it, has yet to even respond to any of the posts here or that message

He just posted it but it is a retread of a post he had up before that showed he made it from foamies.
To each their own and whatever they want to spend but $20 would be very hard to achieve.
We've had a fair share of people come on here and say they were going to make this or make that but never follow through - we'll have to wait and see...

A shuriken doesn't make the whole suit. Hell, I made a bio and that's not even scraping the surface.

I made a shuriken for 'cheap' but got money off with a 5 finger discount. If we put this down to price to make the shuriken alone it must have cost $5. On a budget of $20 you could make 4 and place them in strategic place on your body for use as 'armour'.... still not convinced
