SUNSHINE spacesuit - sniper got sniped

Tried to snipe this - dont quite know why I wanted it so bad - I must say I liked the film but the suit stood out as one of the most memorable suits I`ve seen - while watching it I thought if I saw one for sale I`d bite.... was suprised to see a propstore ebay auction for it just a couple nights after seeing the film....

I tried hard to win it and failed... bid 4,500 great brittish pounds (whats that? $8,000USD???) When that doesnt snipe something its a sad day...:lol

I did try to frantically try to submit another 1K on top but I had sniped late... I hate wanting to shoot twice when sniping.

I did buy a maquette of the suit as consolation.

Did anyone here win the suit?

I haven't seen the movie, but he was awesome in "The Last Samurai." Sorry you got beat out on the suit.

THeres one for sale at propstore just now. Been thinking about it for a while...does your still light up? the boots light up too IIRC?

I still prefer the sunshine suit... I think I could easily get hooked on collecting spacesuits if im not carefull.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes Event Horizon. :lol If I had my choice, I'd get a Nostromo suit from ALien.

I like the moonraker spacesuit myself but the event horizon spacesuit is trully awesome...Wish I had the dough I would buy london props suit in a second but im not going to put a second mortgage on my house.

BTW if anyone knows where i can find the rest of this suit please point me in the right direction. I would love to get the backpack and the front pack for the suit.
