Speaking of Star Trek, I wish there was proof of this (I know, Star Trek VI, but still!). And yes, I know they both denied it, but maybe, just maybe there was truth to the rumor ( I hope...lol)
It was long rumored that when filming was through one day nearing the end of production, Kim Cattrall posed nude for some steamy photos on the bridge set, but Leonard Nimoy happened on scene and seized the film, destroying it and having studio security toss the photographer out. I think it is possible that I watched this movie too many times. Kind of like Star Wars, it loses something when you know every little detail and line before it happens.

And the bridge displays had schematics of a secondary hull which the Reliant didn't have. But nothing takes away from the fun of that movie.

I hear you, happens to me with different franchises at different times in my life.

I could'nt watch TOS Trek for over 15 year as I was just so burned out on it
