Sticking dichroic film to pvc

Hey guys,

So i'm working on a project where i'm trying to make a colour shifting chest harness type thing. I want to make it out of thick pvc, say 3mm thick. You can't buy dichroic film that thick so i'll need to stick it to the pvc i think. How do i go about doing that do you think? Is there a way to glue it? How do i go about keeping it nice and smooth, and will it be flexible?
