that is an awesome Start Riowc ProtoPred for the armor ..... for the bio helmet I would use Super Sculpy or even another clay of sculpting ....

I thought about trying clay to sculpt it the cast, but I want to try this idea with a cardboard base and resin, and a tone of sanding LOL. Made my maker hook for fremen that way it worked great.

I like the helmet, I might go a similar route. Cardboard and fiberglass then bondo.. it might make the helmet HEAVY though, but i Hope to see more of this build.
