Stargate SG1 -- Asgard Prop Identification - Help Needed

Hi Peeps

I bought 15 of these from VIP as a job lot for quite a hefty price :devil
They were listed as "Asgard Light Sconces" but the pic uploaded to the auction did not definitively show the props,

Size wise, they are 11 cm long including the base, so it seems not big enough to be a sconce,
But in favour of them being some form of mini light, is that they have a silicone trail on the base as though they were then stuck to something, and a couple of them have some what appears to be wall plaster residue stuck to the silicone that would have faced a wall etc,

Can anyone positively identify these babies ?

--- They're definitely Asgard by the lettering that they all have on them (each one has different letters, but they seem to be just random Asgard letters and not a translation of an English word )

Looks kinda like one of those control interface/communications stone things. It had multiple uses in the show, from audio communications/holoprojection, to data storage device, to user interface for Asgard control panels. Depending upon what was required in any particular scene.

They are light you can see on Asgard Ships corridor & sometime are the doors interruptors!

And the red plaster matches the pigment stuck on the back of a couple

have you got photo of the Runs on the lights?
To try to translate them

I tried translating already before making the thread,
They are just random rune letters
