Starfleet Special Agent Badge??

Did / can anyone reproduce this Starfleet Security Agent badge?

Somebody on eBay was selling those maybe a year or so ago, I don't think it lit up or anything though- just slid up and down. I think they went for under 30.00.

I'm surprised I haven't seen many of these around. Doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to do one that lit up....

I got to see the screen used prop at the owners home. It's misleading in the screen cap. It appears to be thin but it's a big chunky block of aluminum.
