What's strange is now I have 7 symbols. I had 5 before with the hunch of the square in square as the 6th, but now this "confirms" 7 symbols. Assuming both dice are the same, that doesn't compute.

The description says "Version 01", is it possible a number of versions were sketched / made, that may explain the additional symbol, given they were normal dice in ANH & TFA.

These dice that the clean-cut slicer holds are one gold/one silver, but are twice the size and not the same.

Breakthrough! I've got all 6. One that I that was unique I've confirmed is the same as another. I don't know if we see the two squares on screen, but we certainly see the other 5. I was confused when I thought I had 7.

I'm seeing it in theaters now for the 3rd time for some final research regarding orientation but I'm basically ready to start production after this.
