when filoni says anakin and ashoka have seen one another she leaves the temple was that in the clone wars or is he hinting to a new story coming up... its been so long i remember her leaving him outside the temple and her teaming up with ventress but i dont remember too much after that... i dont recall her "secret mission"

As fans, the last time we know of Ahsoka and Anakin together is when she left the order. However in this episode, Ahsoka says she last saw him prior to rescuing the chancellor, which is the start of ROTS. So yes, Dave is hinting that there is another part of the story yet to be revealed.
excellent! thanks MJF. now that u say it I remember her mentioning rescuing the chancellor. on demand doesn't have it listed right now I've been waiting to see if it updated but have given up and in bed. I'm dying to watch it again I believe yoda now confirms why we only hear obiwan in ANH yet Luke sees him in ESB. and the whole kanan thing, amazing!!! but sad as well..
I'm so curious about this whole secret mission she had...

I just assume a Jedi a Temple allows Force users to commune with other Force users in a metaphysical sense. So Yoda and Anakins presence in the Force is as living beings. The Inquisitor is dead and Recon video says his inclusion is a vision created by Yoda for Kanan's behalf as unlike Qui-gon, he can't commune from beyond death.
Yes. That's the actual living Yoda speaking to Ezra, providing that Jedi Knighting ceremony for Kanan, and waving to Ahsoka. He is on Dagobah and is very much aware of them and engaged with them.

Did you see the tears in Ahsoka's eyes? The way they started to glisten, then well up as she realizes that Vader is Anakin, and one streaking down her cheek as she spun around with her saber. Beautifully done, "got me right in the feels" as they say.
My main issue is that they didn't really address the question of why the Inquisitors keep finding them. Got a little sidetracked by a whole passel of former Jedi.

I think right when they land the male inquisitor says something like " your skills have mislead you again, they are Gone" and she replies something like "no they are still here"
those are the exact quotes but I felt exactly like you said when they just "showed up" how convenient... then once I heard those lines I figured she sensed them or had some kind vision
