i sure do hope they come back and finish season 6...we were all left hanging. i have a feeling they will use rebels to finish/answer a few clone wars questions we have

The clone wars was a VERY expensive show to make. It was a total vanity project. When they started making it, they didn't even know who was gonna buy it. They didn't care what it was rated. There was very little compromise.

Which is one of the reasons I dig it so much. Rebels is different. They do have an intended audience and there is a plan for it.

The only way that rebels cost that much is if the costs have risen. Just look at the amount of variation the clone wars had, the planets they visited, the ships, the characters.

Until the last part, rebels has felt like one large bottle episode. I'm hoping they spent that entire season creating a world of new renderings

I don't know how familiar you are with it, but go back and watch anything from coruscant. It's huge.

Even the clones were all individual.

Compare that to the stormtroopers on rebels. Other that the odd shoulder pad, every bad guy is the same....with like, zero weathering. And all we see are the same tie, walker, transport, star destroyer, etc.... (wouldn't it be nice to also see an at-st? not just the variant?)

One thing I really hope that rebels does is expand the world of the OT. I don't believe that we saw every kind of trooper in the movies. Let's expand the empire. What's death watch doing now? Could they be part of the story? Pirates! (I'm super excited to see hondo)

have to agree, really didn't care for the mango's in the clone wars... kinda wish they left them alone.

I had no problem with the Death Watch, just the obliterating of the Mandalorians, which were written 100 times better by Karen Traviss IMO.

I know I'm super late to the party, but I just watched Siege of Lothal.... and wow.

I thought it was beautifully animated and really well put together. To me, that felt the most Star Wars of anything I've seen since ROTJ.

I too am loving the feel of the rebels series. Now with Ashoka back, and looks as though the clones are on the way. I am dying to see if we get any glimps of obiwan...

is that a exclusive? i was there acouple weeks ago and only found 2 kanan's 1 ezra and thats it. i didnt purchase any of them because the paint job was horrible. i regret not grabbing the ezra because you cant see his eyes under the helmet... and i will probably never open them

i went hunting today for the walmart exclusive black series figures for a few friends of mine over seas. i hit up 5 walmarts today and i did see ANY rebels figures...

Not an exclusive. It's just that at the time Kohls started restocking Star Wars figures, that was the latest line. The also had the scout trooper and wicket, the Wookieepedia two pack, and the smuggler with his robot assistant. A lot of reports of this line were posted on Star Wars toy websites. That's how I knew to keep checking my local store.
