Limited Run Star Wars Ep VII Force Awakens Captain Phasma helmet (First Finished Helmet P9!)

I've finally got the 3D model for this piece to the point where I'm happy with it.

It is scaled to match the Anovs trooper helmets and my Flametrooper helmets, so unless you've got some sort of gargantuan, melon-sized head, this thing should fit you just fine.

The mold is finished and the first cast was successful:

The kits will include formed, tinted lenses for the eyes (not pictured).

Price for the raw-cast helmet with formed tinted lenses will be $225 plus shipping.

If you want me to finish it for you, the price for a completely finished helmet will be $495 plus shipping. Here's a finished helmet:

The finish is a dark chrome that's weathered to match the look of the on-screen suit:

It's all there. The whole series of pics from D23 were what finally made me decide I had enough references to finally get this helmet right. There's been a few others made based on the one or two images that had been released previously, but none of them have the lip inside the bottom of the helmet or the correct curve to the chin.

It'll depend on the final process that I end up deciding to use, but the additional cost will be less than $200.

UPDATE: I now have both of my carving machines working on this project.


The longer of the two carving jobs is supposed to be twelve hours, so things should start to come together pretty quickly.

what is the total chromed out for one? Can you alter the size or no?? total needed for deposit?
