Star Wars Chronicles editions

Is there much difference content wise between the various editions of the Star Wars Chronicles book? I'm only interested in the original trilogy book.

Nothing in content that I'm aware of is different in the OT versions except the Japanese version is written in........well.....Japanese.

I have the Japanese version, I had originally thought that it had more pics but found out the only differance is the cover and the text.
