Hey guys, I have paid my $75 deposit and am in the 3rd run. But I'm going to have to pull out of this as I'm no longer planning to cosplay as Star-Lord. What's the easiest way to do this? Do you have a list going so the first person on the backup list can just send me $75 and take my spot? Just let me know, don't want to be a bother to the guys who are doing the work here.

I would totally take your spot if everyone is okay with that. Not sure where I am on the backup lists though.

So the way we're going to handle these issues is that you can sell your deposit to another, but that person does not get your spot, just a spot on the run. Most likely at the end. It's not fair for those who have waited for months. In your case it's not as much of a deal as you're on the 3rd run anyways...

Please let me know who you've selected, their rpf name and get them to PM me with their address etc. Make sure they understand that it's a spot on the run, not your spot

Ok great thanks. I didn't know if you guys were keeping a waitlist or something after the end of the 3rd run. If that's how it works, then dstengler is the only person who's said they want it, so it's his.

I'll let you know once he has paid me the deposit and the spot will be his.

I'm on the first run as well, and have yet to receive an email. Rgriesbeck mentioned that TheRocketeer is super swamped with other seperate projects, so I think we just need to remain patient.
