**SPOILERS** New RoS prop image **SPOILERS**

Some beautiful props in this film

I also believe rey was assembling a lightsaber on a bench. At the very beginning when we see her after her training if you look at the bench there is definitely some kind of half way constructed looks like lightsaber on a stand on the bench/table in front of her

They always release a visual dictionary alot gets missed on watching the movie and trying to scope out all the details. You can always reflect back to the VD and see it there especially in scenes where lighting make things hard to see.

Leia's lightsaber is absolutely beautiful and elegant. I do like Rey's saber and I'm not surprised it's made from her staff. There's been fanart of that since The Force Awakens came out. I am surprised it wasn't a double-bladed saber though.

One thing I need to see better is the new Imperial guards. Or are they called Sith guards now maybe?

The activation on her lightsaber almost made me crap myself. Loved it.

Same, I thought it was pretty awesome.

Am I the only one who thought the prop design was awful in this movie? All of the new lightsabers, the wayfinder, the dagger... Not only was their aesthetic unpleasing, but they also looked incredibly cheaply done.

The dagger I though was kind of eh, the way finder I thought was fine, I think Rey's saber is really cool, and Leia's reminds me of prequel trilogy sabers...which is to say...I think it's really ugly.

I’m headed to Barnes & Noble today to see if the book is in. Saw the movie last night. It was amazing. I need a Sith Wayfinder too.

Was it at barns and Nobel? A few years back I grabbed one at target, I have to ride out there tomorrow for a last minute Xmas gift, gonna see if they have it before I order from amazon..

Hope I can fit all this crap in my back pack lol

I loved the lightsabers but I gotta agree about the other two. Especially the dagger. Just didn't... fit it. The dagger actually felt like a PROP, rather than something from the universe.

I like Leia's lightsaber, and a much as I don't feel its Sith vibe is right for Rey, there's nothing wrong with her saber as a general lightsaber design.

But I agree the other props stuff I've seen looks awful. The dagger looks like it came from Party City.

I’m pretty sure she was attempting to make a lightsaber on her bench. Right at the beginning of the film when she hands Leia back the lightsaber, she goes back to her living quarters and starts reading her books

If you look at the bench there is something partially assembled, has a balance pipe emitter

I liked the dagger, didn’t like how it fit in the Death Star wreckage... don’t know how they predicted that wreck section to fit like that 10s of thousands of years ago..

But I liked the dagger and the way finder, when JJ released they were looking for the way finder I thought it was the dagger..

I love the design of Leia's saber and I really want to add a wayfinder to my collection.
