Hello RPF,
I am nearing the end of my 2014 comic con season, which means that I must begin planning next year's costume soon. I have begun researching materials for a full size No-Face and believe it can be done on a $40- budget. It is based around a black or clear yoga ball strapped onto a black PVC frame above my head. I am 5' 2", so a yoga ball on my head would be just perfect for scale. The mask is a wire frame covered in papier mache, then fiberglass, then smoothed with Bondo and sanded. It will be painted gloss white on one side and matte black on the other with a clear coat for durability. I am looking for a semi-transparent black fabric to make the body from, but have not yet singled out any one fabric. As soon as the build starts, I will post pictures. If anyone has tips or would like to ask questions, you are welcome to post on this thread. Thank you for your time and consideration.
