Spirited Away No-Face

Hello RPF,

I am nearing the end of my 2014 comic con season, which means that I must begin planning next year's costume soon. I have begun researching materials for a full size No-Face and believe it can be done on a $40- budget. It is based around a black or clear yoga ball strapped onto a black PVC frame above my head. I am 5' 2", so a yoga ball on my head would be just perfect for scale. The mask is a wire frame covered in papier mache, then fiberglass, then smoothed with Bondo and sanded. It will be painted gloss white on one side and matte black on the other with a clear coat for durability. I am looking for a semi-transparent black fabric to make the body from, but have not yet singled out any one fabric. As soon as the build starts, I will post pictures. If anyone has tips or would like to ask questions, you are welcome to post on this thread. Thank you for your time and consideration.

That video inspired me to make the costume. I plan to do a similar fabric covering. Thanks! (p.s. plans will be posted soon)

Does anybody know a satiny black clear fabric? It would be great to find a cheap one.

I hate to necro-post but I just did No Face for Halloween in 2014 and if you're still looking for fabric, tulle is the fabric asavage used (and then I consequently ripped off).
