Spielberg UFO show on TNT? Anyone know anything?

My dad said he saw a thing on tv while Close Encounters was on yesterday that said something about Spielberg doing a UFO series. All I could find online is that it's on TNT and a few actors in it. Anyone have any other information, like when it will air?
