Barry Morse passed on not too long ago, and this was something he had done for fans of the show.

Bergman was a fan favorite and they got rid of him, where was the logic in that decision? I would love to see how the Alphan's explained all the changes to Alpha while Bergman was in stasis.

I remember watching this show on the Sci-Fi Channel back when it was available on the big satellite dish. Actually, I'm surprise there I haven't heard of any rumors of a re-imagining of Space: 1999. Not a chirp about it.

I know he did but I don't think Fred Freiberger tried too hard to negotiate according to interviews I have read. Every TV show needs that young and more appealing cast to bring in the ratings. It worked really well for Seaquest too.:unsure

No Actor is greater than the show he's on. He wanted more money, they dumped him. Sad, but then again ask Terrance Howard and Charlie Sheen. I missed Victor too.

Actually I would not be surprised to see Charlie on set taping 2 and a half men very soon.
