I needed a box to store spare batteries in which would be in my model room, so I wanted one that would fit the theme. Having failed to find one that I could justify the price of (vintage lunch boxes, pencil cases etc), I decided to make a small copy of the delightfully impractical Moonbase Alpha crates.
