Source for 15mm plastic elbow pipe?

Anyone know of a source where I can get approx. 15mm plastic pipe with a 90 degree bend in it? I've looked at plumbing supplies, and while I can find 15mm pipe, AND 90 degree elbow pieces, the elbow pieces are all super chunky and do not sit flush with the rest of the pipe. I've seen this in metal, but am looking for plastic so I can cut it easier. It will be painted, so colour is not a problem. I was thinking maybe large kids construction sets or something like that?

Or would 15mm PVC pipe bend well with a heat gun without deforming?

Build a jig and heat the pipe gently, then gently bend around the jig to the desired angle. Depending on the angle there may only be slight distortions on the inside of the curve, however minimal at best. Let the pipe fully cool down and it should stay in that position. For your 90 degree I don't believe there will be any distortions. Test it on a scrap pipe, however it should work for you.

Do you need the pipe to be hollow or are you just looking for an elbow? If you're looking for an elbow, check out plastruct. They don't have an exact 15mm diameter. 14.3 is the closest. If you're looking for a hollow elbow, getting a larger diameter pipe to bend without distorting it is difficult. I have heard that sand may work to prevent the corner from deforming. For smaller diameters I have used solid wire to prevent plastic pipe from deforming. So if you can find a medium that bends easy and doesn't have much compression, stick that in to the pipe before bending it. Foam tubing and Clear plastic tubing should be available from a DIY store. You could try that.

If you change the search terms to "plastic tube" or "Plastic Rod," you may have more luck.

just remember that the term "plastic" is pretty general, and covers Acrylic to Vinyl.

Evergreen has a 0.4" and 0.8" Styrene rod. 15mm = 0.6"

bending pvc is easy. if you dont want to have weird crease in the corner take a plastic bag and put a inch of sand in the bottom them roll it up and put it in the pvc where you need the angle and it will prevent the pvc for collapsing and creases in the bend

does it have to be exactly that shape or could you join 2 straight pieces onto an elbow?
