Sound Board Help

Hey folks!

While I've been dabbling in cosplay and prop making for quite a while now, I'm now venturing into unknown territory with wanting to add sounds to an Aliens Pulse Rifle prop. The only sound boards I am familiar with are the lightsaber prop ones and I'd be grateful for any pointers to a high quality, loud sound board with programable sound files along with good compact speakers.

Also forgive me if this isn't the right forum section for this type of input. I haven't posted on a forum in a hot minute!
