So, just saw the trailer for the new Punisher: War Zone flick and it looks kickass especially since stevenson is Castle. I have always wanted a Punisher tactile vest with skull logo and with this new film, maybe we can find the one they used....Do I smell a costume project?....

Think it's just a SWAT vest, seeing as how he's wearing the SWAT clothes and collar. Might be on this site, the boots he wears in the first punisher are on there.

something like the P.A.C.A. SVS Concealable IIIA Vest or the ArmorShield™ CAV-TAC Gold Level IIIA Ballistic Vest as the outer vest with a flak jacket with custom neck guard....

or maybe the Modular Plate Carrier Vest with all patches and fittings removed...yeah, that looks like the closest

The neck armor looks like it was styled after Point Blank's Dragonfire neck portion, but they reversed it so the front overlapped the back on the sides.

it's a night and set in NY there is gonna be Neon LOL...it's not like it looks like batman and robin. I agree I think it looks like a modded swat vest.

yeah, just had a great idea....get a cheapo vest and paint a skull with whiteout ink...thats what they did with the first film!

Nice vest, you could make a stencil of the skull and then brush it on with white fabric paint and weather it. Just my idea.

Looks like a good canidate to modify for the new style punisher armor. Just have to strips off the pouches & some other straps, loose the shoulder covers, & add the neck armor to chest loop/straps that it looks like the movie version has.

**note looks like it comes n 3 colors: OD, Black, & tan

Ok second time writing this.

I like the idea for the project, but...

I didn't know what this topic was about till I opened it. That doesn't seem good for the movie in my opinion. The movie opens in 6 months and this is the first I've heard of it. Also, I didn't think it was possible to screw up the Punisher, but i guess someone has. Lexi Alexander you should have stuck to Karate and Kickboxing.

Now, I don't know who this Ray Stevenson guy is, but he looks the part and that's about it. His line at the end of the trailer "Sometimes I wanna get my hands on God..." was just plain horrible and cheesy.

Sorry, but even the trailer looks like crap. So I doubt this movie will be worth seeing on DVD let alone in theaters.

Not trying to downplay the costume project though. Good luck with that. I just hate it when people who have no business making movies screw up good ideas up.
