How did you do this? Did you have the fabric glove on you hand and then used resin on it ? How did you get it off without destroying the shape.

Wait until it dry half and take it off slowly.

Hey Leslee,

would these new helmets now fit us big heads with 24" noggins??? AS I love the helmet I have already from you there is no way for me to get my head into it lol.

Hmmmmmm.............have you thought about removing your ears?
Might make a bit more space and then it could fit

Thanks , well .... my team leader ( also my teacher ) sculpt this for 80% , im standing beside him and learning , 20% done by me , and he makes all the final details . As for the lines , we used Evergreen Plastic card to cut the line , and also will use for modify to WAR MACHINE helmet, i will post update to show u how we do it.

Yes, this Mark VI helmet is more bigger than my previous helmets , we used a head cast of my local actor which is 24 " of head size , this helmet should fit bigger melon up to 25"

Ok... now , 3.40 A.M in my place and i still sitting in front of my laptop , watching World cup , Brazil Vs R.P Korea second half ...

I have lots of request and PM asking me for the MARK III armor update , as i hardly post this few days ... busy , busy and busy sick

Sory for my bad English and i hardly share and talk about every step by step .... every time just short cut few sentences and simple answer to all , i really hope that all of u understand what im sharing every time.

Ok , like i always do , talk less ... work more ... here u go :

the new pull and test fit for the new Armor after putting lots of lots of hours probably one and a half month for repair and re molded .

And also display on a half body mannequin :
