Nop bro , this suit will sew in one piece suit , the suit that u currently seen without the pants sew on cause at that time we are still waiting for the RED texture printed fabric material to arrive for the boots . After sew up the full suit , i will put the silver undersuit under the blue suit . Now we are working on the boots and lower suit parts .;)

MaskedRider, how are you going to get in/out of the suit quickly to go to the bathroom?

Lol. I thought so. I know dancers sometimes have snaps or a Velcro (hook and loop) flap at the bottom of the crotch.

Thanks ... yeah ... guess just dont wish to spoiled the look of the suit , cause for this tight body suit , its quite difficult to hide even a small zip .

Also i notice that there are some wearing difficulty on this suit , since i will make it movie accurate way and follow the screen used material . I remember that i read thru someone post or not sure the actor or costume designer interview , said that they need 2 - 3 person to help on wearing the suit , and took quite some times to suit up ..... now i really have this kind of experience on this , cause this Glissnette fabric material is quite thin , and after printed with full raised thick Chainmail texture, the fabric become more heavy , the inner surface of fabric become abit sticky , and it will " grab on " to the surface of the silver undersuit fabric ( cause the silver shinny fabric surface also sticky ) , so when u already wear on the silver undersuit and attempting to pull the blue suit , it's really difficult to pull on .... that's the Next problem and challenge that i'm gonna solve.

Very nice! Quick question - will it be possible to adjust the sizes on these to accomodate people of different height?

My buddy create this 3D parts on a 6' height average body size of digital mannequin, I've tested all parts on my sculpture muscular mannequin and it fits perfectly. Also some parts will be in separate mold, so it's more easy to adjust and connect to each piece on different size of body and height.

what if you were to sew the fabric together at the seams?that way the you would only be putting on one suit that consisted of 2 layers and since they would be sewn together at the seams it would eliminate the problem of trying to pull it over the silver suit and sticking?

That is a brilliant idea! Maybe for the black suit right Masked Rider? ;)

Thanks for the heads up bro , yes this is the method that we are working on.... by sewing the undersuit or silver fabric combined with the Glissnette , it will make the seam stronger and also easy for suit up , also less worry about tear off the thin layer of the Blue Glissnette with printed Chainmail . Also im trying to sew up the under layer suit with combined of Silver and Black fabric , which as same as the under muscle suit , Muscle parts silver shinny material and the rest with black lycra . I will share some pics of the full suit sewn later .

Lol..... both Blue and black suit gonna used this methods . ;) But for my own display suit , will make it only single layer cause i will paint my display mannequin silver and black , so wont need the undersuit layers .
