I bought an all metal Blade Runner PKD blaster from Rich 4-5 years ago and a curious visitor broke the front trigger-on/off switch. I sent it back to Rich a week or so ago and he repaired it and sent it back to me with no charge- GREAT GUY. I had to share this teriffic service story.:thumbsup
