Some medieval armor props for a fan film

I'm planning on a fan film involving a group of Crusader Knights, a captured Muslim captive, and a Predator (or maybe two). So I've begun doing some costuming for it.

Two Crusader helmets I just finished. The first is a version of the Pembroke Great Helm:





The second is a Bascinet style helm with a fixed visor:





Both are made with posterboard stiffened with fiberglass resin. The "rivets" are paper fasteners from WalMart, and the gold trim plates are craft foam.

After. Plain ole Krylon spray paint.

Metallic silver, with a black undercoat. I haven't weathered it yet.
