Done / Completed Solid aluminum Beskar Steel («COVID BRICKS») - SOLD OUT

Mine arrived yesterday. They were well packed and look great. Well worth the wait. I could not find any dings on them. Thanks again Denis for doing these, they would still be a great deal at twice the price!!

I received mine as well. Very minor dings but they do not bother me at all. They are awesome. Thanks again for doing this run!

Boom! Arrived! I actually missed the delivery attempt yesterday and had to go to the post office this morning. Very minor dings, doesn’t bother me at all

. I’m planning on throwing some aluminum blacking on it so I might file them down, or not. Worth the wait, thanks Denis!

Thank you Denis!

Mine arrived in Maryland yesterday. Look great! Worth the wait, looking forward to doing some weathering!

Thanks!

Got mine today. Yeah, they took a small beating, but quite liveable. The pic shows probably the worst of it but most of the corners took a shot and there are some small gouges along some of the sides. Once I go after them with a bit of filing and perhaps a beating I will weather them up and hopefully they will be gorgeous.

So, a hammer did an admirable job of restoring the corners......and a treatment of alumablack followed by a light sanding with 1500 gave me this. Not sure I’ll do more, it looks pretty good in person.

a couple of shots, forgive the low tech grabs. :)

Edit. Depending on lighting and angle.....and the specific prop,....the Beskar ‘texture color’ appears to vary so I’m not sure I want to go too dark.

Received mine in the mail today. Out of my three beskar bricks, all had corners and some edges dinged up. Two were visible from the front of the brick but on the plus side, one only had dings on the back corners...that'd most likely be my display brick stacked on top of the other two...

To note, the thin foam layer did little to prevent shifting in the package and major drops from Russia to my destination country...
It's a shame as all this effort for accuracy and artistry is lost due to packing issues... I would definitely have paid extra for packing if it was an option... perhaps we could have that as an option in future Denis?
I know from previous purchases the packaging for sabers was much better, in a nice solid tube with lots of bubble wrap, keeping it safe all the way, but this time was a serious misstep in the packaging area...

In the meantime, does anyone have technical know-hows on how you can go about deburring sharp edges or getting a proper corner back after its been dented badly?

Got my 2 bricks yesterday (damn USPS put them in someone else's post office box). Thankfully mine got here in pristine condition (no dings or blemishes)

So is everybody going with aluminum black, or a wash?

Thanks for making these available Denis!

Received mine today, thank you very much! It looks great.
