"Yandex" is the biggest system in Russia (like google in US lol), 100% safe. I'll been waiting for 4 months for them to give me opportunity to collect money from over the world. Also, I automatically pay tax on each transaction.
Paypal want me to have my own business company to trade. Otherwise they will block me. Very uncomfortable
