I think I could tackle the casting. I've got a great group of guys here that do taxidery stuff, and their pressure cast eyes are downright spooky. Let me know your demensions, and I'll talk to them.

It is quite big, I will make it hollow so it could be less heavy (and cheaper).

I will start a new thread for the WIP. It would be great to see how is the other's skulls going.:love

I'm not sure if the jaw is hinged or not, but if you look at the pics previously posted, there is an opening at the mandible.

In my mind, I'm going to say that the jaw is not removable; and the reason I say that is because they are going to be running all over with it in the movie and having a disconnected jaw would just cause it to fall off and the characters would have to stop and pick it up. Of course, this is just my theory.

I would leave the jaw as nonremovable. I think it's easier that way.

It's the real deal .. it's all explained in the movie :cool

But I'm not sure I want one of those after actually seeing the effects that thing has :eek On hte other hand .... :cool
