3 weeks before our Halloween Party, Wife says,.."it would be great if we had a talking skull to go with all the pirate decorations in the yard...."

Me: " hold my beer....."

I didnt have alot of money to do this... or alot of time. It is not 100% accurate. But, it was cheap and fun to do.

The Skull came from ETSY, the maker was really cool. He loaded custom files for me.
I added epoxy putty to modify the shape of the skull cheek bones, chin, and brow.
Dremeled out some teeth, and did a quickie repaint.
Everything else was either SPIRIT HALLOWEEN, fabric we had at the house, and a 3D file of Skull and Crossbones.

What do ya think?

That's awesome! Reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney! I like how the pace of the
jaw moves, at different speeds, while talking.
