IIRC they were all custom made. While the big ones are casts of the real deal, the J2 is a custom replica.

Actually, MIB 2 did use some repainted super soakers for the scene where K takes J back to his old apartment with the weapons locker hidden behind the wall. I'll see if I can find a screen-grab.
