I didn't think it was possible to scalp tickets since you have to give all if your information when you register. How does one get scalped tickets. I already bought mine just wondering.

I've seen them on Ebay and Craigslist. Sometimes they will set it up so that they pick up the tickets and hand them off to you as no one really checks after you pick up your tickets.

staff of the con get given "comp" tickets, which often find themselves being sold, but if a member of staff is caught selling them, they are fired immediately.
that's how i've seen the majority of them acquired.
I should know, i work staff, a minion position, but still, that's how most get scalped.
i think comic con has been pretty appreciative to those who catch scalpers and report them too.

Heads up for those of you who are planning on scanning your badge. The badges this year have that blacklight ink so you're screwed. Everyone has to go through blacklight to enter the exhibit hall.
Thanks Kelldar- funny my GF was just admiring your classic Black Canary Costume from Dragon Con on Flickr last night. She put one together for SDCC last year and is wearing it again for a bit this year when she won't be wearing Mary Marvel. She was debating switching from flesh colored tights (underneath the fishnets) to the blue ones since she liked the look of yours.

Well, seeing how it's my first SDCC-
Thursday, probably just checkout the place for a bit, then switch to Captain America-
Friday- Endor Commando-
Sat- Debut my Thor (if I get it finished in time!) and Cap for a shoot w/ Warmachine, Nick Fury, SHIELD Agent and Black Widow-
Here's my outfits-
Captain America- it's almost 5 years old, to be retired after SDCC-got a new Cap in the works-
My "Endorious Basterd" my gf is enjoying the heck outa the costuming world! Yaaa-hoooo! Just the first of her costumes!
And if everything comes together in the next few days, I've got a Thor based on this version, with a few of my own concepts thrown in-
This will have the square scalemail, boots, cape, a modified tunic and if all goes well, a original helmet.
The key to this outfit was getting this-
Look forward to meeting you all!
