I recently finished a small run of nozzles for the Limey designed SNW phaser. I didn't get much traction here on this board but did get enough interest on another private board to warrant doing the run. I am very happy with the end result. It really transforms the look of the phaser to more like a prop. I added a simple sound and light circuit for the heck of it. The original intention for the nozzle was to glue it all together but I wanted to be able to turn the outer ring so I put a spring loaded ball bearing in it to keep it in place as I turn it.
