Smooth Cast 305 life

Hi guys. I have a pot of Smooth Cast 305 and I opened it about 6 months back to pour a tiny amount to create a test part from a mold. It looks perfectly fine still when I opened it, does this stuff ever go off, or is it just the mold max really? I'd like to mix it with a fresh batch I'm ordering and would hate to waste a good 0.80kg of it. It wouldn't damage my mold or anything?

Ive had the same stuff last over a year. But it depends on how it was stored. I would do a test cast before committing to a real part. Just to be safe Al

It was stored in a garage at about 8-10degrees. As always I put the lids on extremely tight too and only had it open for a few minutes to do a tiny test cast of a bolt.

Yeah a test poor is a good idea. If the urethane gets moister in it can be ruined. It will foam up.
