Cool..!
No, I drunkenly searched ebay one night and BINGONice find, Are the any makers marks of any kind on it?
No sorry. I found it on ebayNice find, Are the any makers marks of any kind on it?
I asked over on the Facebook "Fans of The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman" group if someone could check the German Blu-ray release of the season-four SMDM episode "Danny's Inferno," which is the one that shows the jacket and the patch, to get a better screenshot. Here's the shot a fine fellow named Seamus Carey provided. The three names are AUSTIN, FALLON, and ROSE.As a space patch collector and fan of the Six Million Dollar Man, I have always searched for any info on a patch used in the show. I finally found one for his Apollo 19 mission when Steve Austin give a flight jacket to a kid who was building rockets. It has his Apollo 19 patch on it. Details are hard to make out, but so far, I have got the general shape worked out, and I am not to sure about the two other names.

I wonder if its not too late to research the props made for Steve Ausitn's rebuilding? After all, it has been 38 years... But with the release of the entire series on DVD, I have a renewed interest.
Hey! I just found this thread. Did you ever make the arm? I would love to see it. I want to build one myself. Would you be willing to sell the design files?Im a huge fan of the Six Million Dollar Man and also have been fascinated by the arm used in the production of the series. Here's a work in progress CG model that I'm creating using the screen captures as reference. In my opinion, I think the arm used was a ordinary myoelectric prosthesis decorated with circuit boards, wires, and metal gear: I've wracked my brain trying to figure out the reason for the sprocket in the forearm but came up with a solution using "creative license" by adding a stepper motor but perhaps there really is one there that's hidden lol.
It's my hope to make this into a 1/1 scale prop replica.
