I think i'm gonna buy a PPG kit from sidkit, just wondering if anyone has any info on these, has anyone bought one? any pics?

I know the B5 Crusade series had a PPg with more stuff on it. Not sure if it's the same.
IIRC they used a scope a time or two (PsiCorp) in the original series, but it was shown a lot more often in Crusade.
I managed to get the entire b5 series as a christmas present, so I am seriously considering picking up a ppg, and a link, and begging the sculpting gods for a Kosh noggin (pre or post shadow attack).
Not really more real, just more bad ass, hows that???
Actually, the PPG that silverskyes402 posted pictures of is one that was made for Crusade. The "scope thingy" was never used during the 5 year run of B5, the "standard" PPG's used during the series did not have anywhere for the scope to attach to it. The upgraded PPG with the ranging scope and other attachments which included a flashlight, and a "stun" dart attachment, were made for Crusade exclusively. The upgraded PPG never made an appearance in B5, but the standard PPG was used, along with the upgraded PPG in Crusade.
silverskyes402, where did you get your PPG? I have seen kits of that version pop up on ebay from time to time, but never one so nice.

I've been eyeing up the Sidkit PPG as well. Looks like a fun kit to build.
Thats not my PPG, they're just pics i've found on yourprops.com i'm going to use them as reference photos for a build up i'm going to do when I get my sidkit, and your right, on yourprops.com the person who owns the PPG said its from Crusade, not B5, but I could have sworn I've seen a PPG with side attachment on B5 before!!! The pics are beautiful arent they, it looks amazing!!!
A buddy of mine has a Crusade hero.
About 2 years ago there was a chap on the RPF who owned the above mentioned hero. He took it apart and made a great resin kit with many, many parts. I bought a kit and after my buddy bought the hero from this RPF fellow, built up my PPG. Needless to say it has an awesome paintjob since the reference was right there :love
Not many kits were made, but the $200 or so multi-part kit was, in due time, recast as a less-than-multi-part-kit.
The hero is a work of art: pieces come off and it has a nice heft to it.
