Straightening engraving on Sidkit / Coyle receiver?

Would anyone here know of some safe way of "straightening" some of the engraving on a Sidkit by chance? The "Made In Austria" on my current receiver is a bit angled upwards, going from left to right (lower on the left / up more on the right). I've thought maybe I could fix the issue with an embossing or engraving tool by trying to even out the lettering by making some near the beginning a bit taller / bringing the lettering near the end lower by adding a bit more engraving to the bottom of the letters, but if there was any other way you guys might know about or would recommend I'd greatly appreciate the help for sure. I know nothing about engraving pewter, or any other metal, to be honest, and really wouldn't know which tool or type of tool would best suit giving this a shot. And I sure don't want to make it any worse, lol. Thanks you in advance for any advice!

Are you planning on painting your receiver or leaving it bare? Seems most folks tend to leave them in the raw. If you want to try engraving there are several fine engraving dremel bits to choose from that would probably work. I haven't personally handled a Sidkit so I can't say how soft the material is but if it's anything like my Coyle kit you shouldn't have too much trouble. Use some fine masking tape and go slow. Good luck post a pic once you can!

Thanks for the reply, man. I'm planning on painting my receiver at the moment; I may go with the Brownell's Alumi-Hyde II Stainless Steel stuff as I used one of their Black variants on my 2049 Tomenosuke and it worked out well. I think I still like the blued look I got from the Birchwell-Casey blueing paste better as a whole, though.
Rich's pewter seems to be a bit tougher than what the Sidkit uses (my build is a Sidkit with an RAC receiver / rear slide insert / front receiver cap, after I ended up breaking a piece off of the Sidkit receiver when sanding / shaping it where the bolt-action lever fits and there's very little metal unfortunately) but I'd still like to "strengthen" the outer finish of the blaster as much as possible even though I shouldn't be handling it too much, lol. I didn't know there were Dremel bits made for engraving; I'll definitely check them out. Thanks for the help, and I'll for sure post a pic whenever I get it taken care of!

I don't know how angled upwards your is, but if that can help you, the original is also a bit angled upwards:
