Edit: BTW, has anyone heard when 3rd party preorders might start shipping? BBTS has the date as November so it seems as though they're still waiting on their stock to arrive.
Edit 2: I revised the bowl just a bit to improve its geometry. So if you downloaded before 11/10/20, get the new file!

I started this interest thread in case anybody would want one of these for their figure!
 
Has anyone tried snipping the threads that connect the collar to the arms? As it is it prevents the collar from being rolled higher up on the neck without pulling the whole robe up.
 
FYI, anybody still waiting on theirs to ship...

DO NOT change your payment schedule if youve already received a processing notice email.

i decided to pay off the remaining of my balance before the date i was told the last payment would be scheduled and by doing so, i was removed from the processing batch, thus pushing the date my fella would ship.

a bit frustrating since this is completely counter intuitive... that if you pay earlier, youll actually receive it later.

fortunately about a quick chat, it looks like ive been placed by in the mix.

Thanks for the update. So much for wanting to be proactive and paying it off ahead of time. I emailed them a few days ago and haven't heard back.

Sadly though, there's no rhyme or reason for your allotment. Plenty of people posted with order dates well after mine and i've not heard squat.
 
Just another photo with a couple of modifications. Nothing different than what most are doing.

I cut the threads tacking the shoulders to the collar. I like a lot of the production still photos from the show showing the collar worn high around the neck. Just realize that if you do this, it released the extra pleating and the shoulders of the cloak starts to fall so you need to play with it for your display.

I also removed some of the red. I did not try to be slow and methodical. Instead, I took a slightly damp paper towel and went over the areas. At first, I went over the area lightly and you could see the red it removed on the towel but as I went on, I realized I could rub hard and not be in danger of removing too much. IMHO, I don’t think you could remove all the red like this, not that I think that would be a good idea. I finished up with a dry paper towel.

Another update on the modifications.

I replaced the tacking at the shoulders. However instead of tacking the shoulder area directly to the top edge of the collar, I attached it to the bottom edge of the collar. This allows for the free movement and shaping of the collar and keeps the cloak from drooping off the shoulders. See above post for the difference.

Mine's on it's way from Hong Kong. Ordered on the 31st of Jan, paid in full on August 21st. The collar adjustment mods will be one of the first things I do - makes such a difference.

I just chatted with them as well. She said as long as you haven't actually received an email with a specific processing date it shouldn't change your allotment. So it looks like I should still be good...hopefully.
