yeah....it's called cerakote. It's a backing process for metals , plastic , resin , etc. Most gun repair shops do that process with bluing or blacking !!! They can do handgrips , special applications for parts....it's expensive but worth every penny.I just puttied this sucker up, any tips on getting blued vintage metal look out of resin?

Just completed my Denix modified version of Jayne's Boo. I think it is my favorite build since I hand machined all the extra parts except the trigger guard.

Bumping this because I'm planning to make a replica of the bang gun. I'm thinking the bang gun is the same model as the Colt New Service that Jack uses throughout the film, but I wasn't sure if that was confirmed?
