This caught my eye while I was watching this great movie and I thought, "Maybe I can replicate that!". So I did.

The only detail really missing is the authorising signature in the bottom right. Can anyone read it on the screen used? Looks like 'Me..el' or 'We..el'.

Here's my replica complete with accurate home made wallet holder from the period. A few minor tweaks still required but it's pretty much done.

Did you try a historical search to see if these are based on factual cards? Perhaps you could find something that way? Maybe look up the Paris Police Commissioner of that time period?

Supposadely there is a cut scene which shows how she escapes and makes a new life for herself. if we ever get to see it on a deluxe dvd or something, maybe there will be a clearer shot of it (but I wouldnt hold my breath - there was gonna be special cut of Kill Bill as well, but we have yet to see that either).
