thats a great idea Chris, if only I had access to a vacuformer...but I have a few ideas...SithCamaro is going to try to see how they come out in leather, but they wont be cheap...for those who want a more deluxe hat. And then I got a few newer ones in pleather in that look better with a more stiff brim...so they are cheap at $60 each, for display purposes....
I do like the idea of the vacuforming though...thanks for the compliments. I was able to make a few of these as wearable masks, and cut out the eyes, and put red see through lenses into them, so will try to take a picture of someone wearing it...with a hat.
