Okay Friends, Thanks very much for the likes and comments as said I always need it that cool push keeps me going. So I have been quite busy out there seems like the duck is all done also the two halfs of the cylon base star got to get that primer. I opened up the raider today and this thing is bigger than I can recall. I know the moebius is studio scale and the others are smaller I have built them all at least 2 or 3 times. Now here is what happened out there Enjoy

Chewey now has a base started this will be my main focus for now get him all done up as far as the paint the eyes look cool and the nose and mouth might do the deep part of the mouth a bit more redish we shall see where this goes still got to make his bow

There's not much to this model its going to come down to the paint I passed on the lighting on this one still got the two subs to yet build

I will study on doing some lighting on the raider cause it being studio scale I have a bunch of lighting but I do need to get more for the concept and the other on the table ship. I think I might cut on those fish along the way might even cut a couple humming birds I do need to cut another duck block seems like there is a bunch happening and it is lets see what happens next Thanks All Jim

You bet I am always on cluse watch I have done smashed like 15 just when I turn the shop on I see one or two they get smashed need to get me another propane tank for me torch that gets them fast they do have a bad bite. Thanks for following along Thanks a bunch Jim

So in the shop I got to looking at the duck and it needed about 4 more feathers and it looks so much better be wifey has me phone on the charger I will be sharing all this cool stuff as it happens and once again Thanks to ALL Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks to all you Great Guys who hang around with the shop happenings always making something its everyday out there. So I got chewy all done and painted and getting in the raider model seeing what I need to do on this one I wonder how hard it will be to cut those louvers out on the raiders windows, I am thinking about cutting see what happens should I? Here is what happened next Enjoy

I want to get the cylon crew and cockpit I have it in me cart just need to get that ordered. I also need to get me some black primer and I am out of super glue need to replenish my stuff I use. I will be taking chewy to me friend the guy I built the mando ship for get me some more store credit added to me already credit I have get some goodys to go in the collection room Lots more happening Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks so much Guys for the likes and comments I have just been piddleing around out there in the old shop. I have to place a order to get some leds size 5mm I have 3mm and I am not using the provided clear engine parts I cut me own also cut away some of the plastic that will hinder the light flow Enjoy

These should put some light out once Me gets them. Yes I still need me some black primer as well. I also been studying the half scale ship as well setting up what I will need for that one as well. Lots more happening we shall see for sure Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks for the likes and comments pushes me along. So in the shop I have done just a bit on the raider I am thinking of doing a sub assembley of top bottom and outer wings. I have to order up some bits to make this work. But I was given this old cool model some bits are missing, but me thinkest I can make whats not there which me done researched it and know whats not there. Oh the running lights are drilled and just stuck in for looks but they still have to be tented a amber color close to yellow but not The old cool model is the witch 1965 Enjoy

Okay here is what is missing and some what how I will make what is missing and close to that on paint sort of Now here is a bit of cylon raider

I noticed this was off a bit so I fixed it

Now to tent these leds with a bit of amber color looks like a bunch more to do the witch will be something fun things to makest more happening be ready Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, Thanks for the likes they are really needed. So my shoulder is doing much better and the old knee is good once again. I have been on vacation for a bit. Once I got back I noticed I didn't get any packages wanting me leds real bad. Found out that I forgot to order them so I am still waiting on that. What I can do is build this in stages talking about the raider, I also have some carving orders to fill. Looks like I will be carving a owl and some song birds along with some humming birds, I do still have those blue gill fish. Trying to fine me some chaser lights for the two landing bays also some strobes I think like 4 same as the chaser lighta I am thinking 2mm would work. I am gathering bits for this big bsg build This is the half stuido scale I want this one to be rite. Lots more going on out there in the old shop. Thanks Guys Always Jim

Seeing the old glow in the dark aurora kit really brings me back.

When I was a kid I used to have a Kong one in the black plastic with glow in the dark head and some other parts. Also had a Godzilla one, but that was dark green plastic

Odd gimmick though since of course the glow in the dark was useless if your going to paint it

Yes you are rite, These kits do go way back seems like I might have all those old kits in the storage complex, yes if you paint them the glow is useless but I will more than likely paint it This was a gift from me cuz he is always sending me crazy stuff. Very cool comment Thanks Jim

So what I am doing is trying to get things in order I do have so much to do and seems like the vaca wasn't long enough. also a bit overwhelmed with everything. went to the storage complex and I do have all those old kits unbuilt in box I have way to much in storage. That was the reason I wanted to expand me shop but building codes bit me in the booty get ready Friends I am about to get after it atm I am seeing which way to go not placing that order hurt me and wifey paided some bills once back and now I still awaitest to make me order. I am looking at a place called Tena controls is this liget I have a phone number to be able to call which I will check into this for lighting all these models. whilest at the storage complex I realized I have way to many models which hopefully one day they will all be built Get ready I am about to unwind and get busy lots of stuff about to happen Thanks to all you Great Guys Jim

Olay Friends, Thanks always for the likes and comments, Very much needed. Alright I have been kinda stuck with the blaws seems like there is a bunch of bits needed to even get going. So whilest I wait I grabed up a couple projects one a croba stick and the other will be a hourse head stick walking sticks in the making. Wifeys had me busy doing honney dos and been caught up in that but now I am back in the shop and am making some progress on one of the sticks whilest I awaitest the glue to dry on the other. I will share progress on this this evening. I would now but wifey has the cord I need to download me pics. as always Thanks Jim

Okay Friends, I still got a ways to go on this stick but its coming along horse head stick is glued up the one with the stick sitting on it will soon become a owl the stick is what it will be sitting on. Here is a bit of this fun happening

This one was going to be a skull but it will now become a owl

A cool piece of drift wood to mount the owl on

This was going to be another duck but the wood split on me so I will makest a alien skull out of it

Lots of other carving projects ahead if I can cut around the splitting we shall see. ATM I am waiting to get the lighting I need for the models well at least I'm not spinning me wheels with nothing happening Lots more coming Thanks Guys Jim

Okay Friends, whole day cutting I now have 4 skulls two looking one way and the other two is looking the other way of the stick will be after the skulls I am thinking on this one we shall see, but after this next step a cobra will be the finishing touch. all the rest of the stick will be a cobra i have pics of all this fun happening but me phone is dead on charge so tomorrow I will share all this crazy fun yes also a horse head stick bout to happen as well. Okay Friends, Wow time can get away from you real quick. Thanks Guys for the likes and comments. As said really needed, So I have been cutting and cutting and I am a bit closer to having this cobra stick done other than clear coating it. Here is a bunch of what happened next Enjoy

Okay Guys, everything is roughed in now to detail it all up and make everything crisp still a bit to do on this one as far as cluses I have killed so many like 25 in one afternoon I keep the lights off and take me flash light and torch and go spoting them. So today I took the leave blower and cleared the whole shop but the hunt isnt over they are always there well There is still a bunch happening whilest I am cutting I will do up the witches wall so I will have that ready Lots of stuff happening more to come Thanks Jim
